Join us in making a significant impact as you take on the role of Manager, where you will implement and manage environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and strategies. You will focus on three core areas: enhancing our EHS program management and compliance, conducting operational risk assessments, and leading incident response initiatives. How You’ll Make an Impact

- You will manage and continuously improve the EHS management system, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and strategies.

- You will plan, lead, and oversee regular EHS audits and workplace inspections to proactively identify hazards and areas for improvement.

- You will direct the risk assessment process, including Job Safety Analyses, for both new and existing operations, equipment, and projects.

- You will lead investigations for significant workplace incidents, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

- You will analyze EHS performance data to identify trends, report progress to leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.

- You have extensive professional experience (typically 8+ years) in an EHS function within an industrial, manufacturing, or technical service environment.

- You possess proven leadership experience (typically 3+ years), with responsibility for direct reports and program strategy.

- You demonstrate strong skills in EHS management, regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and incident investigation.

- You have excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills, along with the ability to write detailed reports and conduct safety training.
