Workforce Management Capacity Planner | Cebu Site
Join our WFM team and help drive accurate staffing and capacity planning across our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop short- and long-term capacity and headcount plans
- Analyze forecasts, AHT, shrinkage, attrition, and staffing requirements
- Monitor planned vs. actual headcount and identify staffing gaps or surpluses
- Prepare capacity reports, dashboards, and workforce analysis
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve workforce planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in WFM, capacity planning, forecasting, or operations analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, and advanced formulas
- Willing to work onsite
