We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator/Practice Manager to lead our Private Dental practice with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Supervise daily practice operations, including scheduling, staff management, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate treatment plans between patients, dentist, and team to ensure clarity and compliance
- Manage financial aspects such as billing, invoicing, and inventory control to support the practice’s profitability
- Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance standards, and CQC regulations.
- Foster a welcoming environment for patients and team members by promoting excellent customer service and communication
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and practice growth
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Knowledge of financial management practices including budgeting, billing, and inventory control
- Experience in human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance management
- Dental experience is highly preferred to understand clinical workflows and dental terminology
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
