Duties
- Design, develop, and implement scalable AI models utilizing machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other cloud-based AI services.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling using tools like R, SAS, and statistical analysis software to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Build and optimize big data architectures with Hadoop, Spark, ETL processes, and SQL databases to support high-volume data processing.
- Develop predictive models and generative AI solutions for diverse applications including natural language processing and data mining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems through model training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Manage data pipelines using Talend, Bash scripts (Unix shell), and other data analytics tools to ensure data quality and scalability.
- Evaluate AI models for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with best practices in statistical analysis for research.
Requirements
- Proven experience with machine learning cloud services such as AWS SageMaker or Google Cloud AI platform.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, SQL, and familiarity with Java-based machine learning frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge of big data systems including Hadoop, Spark implementation, and scalable data mining techniques.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, analysis tools like R or SAS, and statistical analysis for research applications.
- Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, and predictive modeling analysis.
- Ability to design database schemas and implement efficient database design strategies for large-scale data environments.
- Familiarity with AI implementation best practices including model evaluation, deployment strategies, scalability considerations, and model training workflows.
