Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA is $105K - $110K/year & benefits (see below).

Job Summary

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst - Agentic AI to drive the analysis, design, and delivery of next-generation AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, translating complex business challenges into Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.

- The role requires expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and the ability to work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Solution Architects to deliver innovative AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for Agentic AI and Generative AI adoption.

- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.

- Define user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and business workflows.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities using AI agents.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Support the development of AI-powered assistants, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflow solutions.

- Define process flows, decision trees, and agent interaction models.

- Participate in product backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and production rollout activities.

- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

- Assist in AI governance, compliance, model explainability, and risk management discussions.

- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and executive presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.

- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong experience writing User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.

- Knowledge of AI-powered workflow automation and business process optimization.

- Experience with AI use cases such as:

- Intelligent Virtual Assistants

- AI Agents

- Knowledge Management

- Customer Service Automation

- Document Processing

- Decision Support Systems

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM platforms.

- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

- Understanding of Agent Orchestration Frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering techniques.

- Experience working in Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services domains.

- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Education
