We are looking for a diligent and curious OJT who genuinely enjoys building things with code. You will work alongside our solutions team on real projects involving AI development and low-code application delivery, gaining hands-on exposure to how ideas move from a rough prompt to a working solution.
General Requirements
· Currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related program, with an approved OJT endorsement from the school
· Diligent, dependable, and willing to learn — asks questions, follows through, and meets agreed timelines
· Genuinely into coding and can showcase development portfolio from school projects or personal work
· Able to work fluently with AI coding assistants to prototype quickly, then read, test, and clean up the output rather than just accepting it
· Strong interest in AI development or low-code application development.
What You'll Do
· Build and test small prototypes, apps, or automations under the guidance of a senior developer
· Assist in AI agent and low-code solution builds, including configuration, testing, and documentation
· Help prepare demo materials, user guides, and simple technical documentation
· Join team stand-ups, reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions

· A love for the Microsoft ecosystem — Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure, or GitHub Copilot
· Any Microsoft student certification or completed Microsoft Learn paths
Work Location: In person
