Job Title: Entry Level Paralegal Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual Paralegal (Spanish/English) to support our legal team in Immigration, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
You will work directly with attorneys and clients, assisting with case preparation, document management, client communication, and procedural support across multiple practice areas. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential, as many of our clients are Spanish-speaking.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking clients
- Conduct client intakes and gather factual information and supporting documentation
- Immigration matters (petitions, applications, RFEs, and supporting evidence)
- Personal injury claims (medical records, demand packages, insurance correspondence)
- Criminal defense cases (case files, discovery, court documents)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records
- Communicate with clients regarding case status, deadlines, and required documentation
- Coordinate with courts, government agencies, insurance companies, and outside vendors
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, and filings as needed
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, court rules, and internal procedures
- Enter detailed notes and updates into case management systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document preparation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Proficient with legal case management systems and standard office software
- Ability to work autonomously
