Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Beauty & Aesthetics Sales Representative to join our Med Spa team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, promoting our aesthetic treatments and products, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty and skincare, and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships. Duties
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Close sales through persuasive consultation, ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in their choices.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets by actively pursuing new leads and managing existing accounts.
- Negotiate sales deals to meet both client expectations and company objectives.
- Conduct direct sales interactions in the spa setting, including consultations, product demonstrations, and follow-up engagements.
- Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track client interactions, manage leads, and optimize sales processes.
- Manage territory responsibilities by identifying new opportunities within designated areas and maintaining consistent client contact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics industry.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to educate and influence customers effectively.
- Demonstrated success in closing sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relationship building.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to negotiate deals confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to territory management and lead generation.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, or med spa services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
