Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Business Analysis, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath (including modern capabilities such as Agentic Automation, AI Center, Maestro, Document Understanding, and Orchestrator).
- Experience delivering GenAI-enabled solutions, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted business processes.
- Exposure to Agentic AI/AI Agents or autonomous workflow solutions.
- Python scripting knowledge is highly desirable for AI integrations, automation, and custom components.
- Strong experience in process discovery, AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, Visio, automation opportunity assessment, and feasibility analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management with experience working directly with senior business leaders.
- Ability to gather business requirements and produce BRDs, PDDs, user stories, functional specifications, test scenarios, and UAT documentation.
- Experience managing multiple IA projects from discovery through implementation and benefits realization.
- Strong understanding of change management, user training, and solution adoption.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
