Job Description
Are you passionate about helping enterprise organisations design, build, and deploy secure, cutting-edge AI solutions? We help our clients safely adopt transformative artificial intelligence while navigating complex, regulated environments.
Tomorrow’s enterprise security landscape will not look like today’s. As AI adoption accelerates, organisations face novel architectural challenges, ranging from model manipulation and prompt injection to sensitive data egress and supply chain vulnerabilities. Success requires embedding security directly into the AI development lifecycle, ensuring systems are resilient, compliant, and secure by design.
We bring a rich mix of insight, technical depth, and strategic expertise to these challenges. Our priority is to build lasting partnerships with our clients, guiding them through rapid technological evolution. As we expand our AI Security capability, we are seeking adaptable, forward-thinking consultants who understand the potential of AI and possess the foundational security instincts required to protect enterprise builds in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
Our AI Security specialists understand how to help enterprise clients develop and put into action an AI resilience strategy that enables them to build for the future without compromising data integrity or regulatory compliance.
You will act as a trusted advisor and technical architect, helping clients safely design and implement AI systems while identifying and mitigating emerging threats. Given the rapid evolution of this field, we prioritise capability, architectural understanding, and growth potential over years of static experience.
Essential Skills & Capabilities
- AI Architecture & Systems Understanding: Demonstrable understanding of how AI/ML systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and predictive models are architected, fine-tuned, and deployed into enterprise infrastructure.
- Secure AI Build & Lifecycle: Knowledge of how to integrate security controls into the AI build process (DevSecOps for AI/MLSecOps), including data pipeline security, model validation, and secure API integration.
- Data Protection & Egress Control: Deep awareness of data privacy challenges unique to AI, including data loss prevention (DLP), data leakage through model outputs, training data poisoning, and preventing unauthorised data egress in regulated environments.
- Threat Landscape Awareness: Familiarity with AI-specific risk frameworks (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, NIST AI Risk Management Framework) and emerging threat vectors such as prompt injection, model inversion, and inference attacks.
- Regulated Environment Navigation: Ability to translate security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, HIPAA, SEC/FINRA guidelines) into practical technical safeguards for high-compliance sectors.
- Client Advisory & Delivery: Proven capability in leading technical discussions, structuring client challenges, and communicating complex AI security risks to senior stakeholders (CISOs, Enterprise Architects, and Heads of AI).
- Adaptability & Potential: A continuous-learning mindset with the agility to evaluate and secure emerging AI technologies as fast as they enter the market.
- Relevant Certifications (Preferred): Professional security or cloud certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure/GCP Security Specialties) alongside specialised AI/ML security coursework or hands-on project experience.
