LEADS the strategic development, execution, and expansion of GEICO's Third Party Administrator (TPA) business line through new external partnerships, enterprise client acquisition, and market growth initiatives. DIRECTS end-to-end business development activities including partner sourcing, RFP management, contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and operational integration across multiple lines of business. REPORTS to Senior Director, GEICO Insurance Services.

Essential Functions:

Leads the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of GIS strategic plans, business priorities, and operational roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives.

Partners with GIS leadership to identify strategic opportunities, business risks, performance gaps, and operational improvement initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

Translates strategic objectives into actionable plans, governance structures, success metrics, and implementation strategies that support execution and accountability.

Oversees GIS strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and expected business value.

Establishes and manages portfolio governance processes, including initiative prioritization, milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and benefits realization.

Leads the development and maintenance of executive reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and performance reviews that provide actionable insights to GIS leadership.

Analyzes operational, financial, customer, client, workforce, and strategic performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborates with business, product, technology, analytics, finance, and operational leaders to drive organizational alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities.

Facilitates strategic planning sessions, operational reviews, and leadership forums to support decision-making, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

Identifies and leads initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service quality, customer and client outcomes, workforce effectiveness, and long-term business growth.

INTERVIEWS and/or APPROVES job applicants for employment. CONDUCTS and/or REVIEWS associate performance appraisals. INITIATES or APPROVES salary adjustments, performance ratings, and other personnel actions. COUNSELS associates and TAKES disciplinary action or TERMINATES employment as appropriate.

ADHERES to the GEICO Code of Conduct, company policies and operating principles.

MEETS attendance standard at business location to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with management and co-workers.

MEETS the requirements specified below.

Experience across multiple claims units (ex. Casualty, PD, SIU, PRU, etc.) is a plus as our TPA work streams span across multiple claim functions

Additionally, experience with small/regional carriers, other TPAs, and/or vendor management is also a plus for this position to as we grow our TPA business

- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

- Must perform duties at a stationary workstation

- Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills

- Must be able to multi-task

- Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information

- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
