Role: Adobe AEM Technical Lead
Location: Remote
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills: 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.
Position Overview
Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation.
Strong development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development frameworks.
Experience in GraphQL implementation and Headless CMS architecture.
Strong understanding of AEM Cloud Service, Dispatcher, and Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Roles and responsibility
* Serve as the onsite lead and primary point of contact for the client and business stakeholders.
* Lead requirement discussions, solution design workshops, and technical reviews.
* Provide technical leadership for AEM-based digital transformation initiatives.
* Design and develop scalable AEM solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and GraphQL.
* Coordinate with offshore development teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* Review architecture, design documents, code quality, and deployment plans.
* Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and project managers.
* Drive CI/CD best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards and governance processes.
* Participate in effort estimation, project planning, risk management, and status reporting.
* Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance on AEM best practices.
* Support application performance optimization, security reviews, and cloud migration initiatives.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
* Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
* AWS or Azure Cloud experience.
* Content migration and digital experience platform modernization projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management experience.
* Experience working with global delivery teams and enterprise customers.
* Adobe AEM Certification preferred.

Note: Remote is fine. But AEM experience is a must.
Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
