Mid Level Knowledge Manager
EpochGeo is looking for a mid-level Knowledge Manager to assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
Supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Office of Counterintelligence (OCI), you will find yourself on the ground floor assisting the team to develop creative and innovative ways to track and manage processes and information. What you will be doing:
- Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, content management, and knowledge sharing across a face-paced, mission-focused organization.
- Using centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow processes.
- Disseminating intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
- Implementing and maintaining document libraries, workflows, metadata structures, and SharePoint content types to optimize search and retrieval capabilities.
- Compiling reports on performance metrics, usage, future requirements, and knowledge management capabilities such as messaging, search, temporal analysis, imagery exploitation, collaboration, and more.
- Directly supporting senior knowledge management strategy analysts in strategy development and providing assistance to government policy analysts in developing and supporting knowledge management-related policies.
- Providing end-user training, support, and documentation to promote adoption and knowledge management best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with a Bachelors or equivalent experience in a related field
- Expertise in SharePoint architecture, workflows, and customization tools
- Familiarity with SharePoint security, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in knowledge management principles, particularly in intelligence or defense-related organizations
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across government, academia, and industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to compose and deliver complex reports and recommendations
Additional:
- Must hold a TS/SCI clearance and be willing to submit for a CI Poly

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
