What You will Do:
Nuclear Steam Turbine Controls Project Management
- Prioritize work for the team
- Resource Planning
- Use Daily Management to monitor schedule and deliverables.
Nuclear Steam Turbine Controls People Management
- Interviews
- Onboarding / Offboarding
- Non-billable / leave timesheet approval
- 1-on-1s with team members
- Skills development for team members
- Career guidance
- Team member issues / hygiene / compliance
What You Will Bring:

BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university or college

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Requirements:
We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in posted locations, and may be considered hybrid based on local regulations.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Pay Range : $100000 - $125000/Annum.
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
Travel: Due to the nature of the work, travel is around 5-10%.
Compensation Type: Competitive wages. Position also qualifies for benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, disability, life insurance, 401(K), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
