Job Title: Logistics Staff
Job Summary
The Logistics Staff is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the logistics and supply chain process. This includes coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory, preparing documentation, and ensuring that goods are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and customers.
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipments and update logistics records and reports.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring and reconciliation.
- Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods in the warehouse.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies in shipments.
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records in the system.
- Support warehouse operations such as receiving, checking, and dispatching goods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or inventory management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
