- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase operational efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within distributed data systems.
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
