About the role
You'll lead the design and delivery of agentic AI systems for CloudLab's enterprise clients — from voice agents that outperform human SDRs to compliance copilots that clear months of backlog. You'll own architecture, evaluation, cost, latency and reliability end-to-end.
What you bring
- 5+ years shipping production software
- Deep experience with GPT-4/5, Claude, Gemini and open-source LLMs
- Strong Python + TypeScript
- RAG, function-calling and agentic orchestration in production
- Experience with vector DBs and streaming inference
