AI Workflow Transformation Lead

At the centre of this is our Enterprise AI Hub: a diverse group of builders across strategy, delivery, product, data and technology, working together to design and deliver practical AI solutions that scale.

The Opportunity
We're looking for an AI Workflow Transformation Lead to help reimagine and redesign the workflows that matter most across our business. This isn't traditional process improvement. It's an opportunity to rethink how work happens by combining human expertise, AI capabilities and innovative ways of working.
You'll play a key role in identifying high-value opportunities, designing future-state workflows and helping teams confidently adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
What you'll be doing
You'll partner with business leaders, subject matter experts and technical teams to:

Deeply understand and map current-state workflows, identifying pain points, risks and opportunities.

Design AI-enabled future-state workflows that improve efficiency, quality and employee experience.

Translate business requirements into practical, buildable solutions alongside AI builders, architects and data specialists.

Lead stakeholder engagement across business, risk, privacy, governance and technology teams.

Support delivery, adoption and value realisation throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Balance innovation with responsible AI practices, governance requirements and workforce readiness.

Help teams navigate change and build confidence in new ways of working.
About you
You're a transformation professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll be comfortable working in ambiguity, challenging established ways of working and bringing people on the journey.
You'll likely bring experience in:

Business transformation, workflow redesign or process optimisation.

Business analysis and solving complex organisational challenges.

Working alongside technology, data or AI teams to deliver change.

Driving stakeholder alignment in complex or sensitive environments.

Change management, adoption and workforce transformation.

Identifying and delivering measurable business value through transformation initiatives.

Understanding the potential of AI, automation and emerging technologies in business workflows.
