We are looking for an Experienced Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. Real estate experience is mandatory — please do not apply if you do not have previous UAE real estate experience, as we are specifically looking for candidates with relevant industry experience.
Requirements:
- Real estate experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of telesales/sales experience in the UAE real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate, off-plan, and secondary market is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, make outbound calls, follow up with clients, and close sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, target-driven, and motivated to earn through commission.
- Good English communication skills.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Follow up with existing and new leads.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Promote off-plan and secondary market properties.
- Schedule meetings and property viewings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
