About the Role
The Integrated Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing the effective management, performance and service delivery of allocated Security, Pest Control and Cleaning operations.
The role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, service quality, cost control and effective staff management across all allocated services
The Integrated Compliance Officer will report directly to the Area Manager.
What You Will Bring
Qualifications
-
Matric / Grade 12 – certified copy required.
-
Relevant qualification in Security Management, Pest Control, Environmental Health, Operations, Facilities Management, Cleaning Management or a related field will be advantageous.

PSIRA Grade A registration.
-
Pest Control Officer registration will be advantageous.
-
Firearm competency.
-
Valid Code 08 Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle – compulsory.
Experience & Knowledge – Security
-
Minimum 5 years’ management experience within a security or related operational environment.
-
Proven experience managing security sites, client accounts and service contracts.
-
Strong knowledge of security industry regulations, compliance requirements and operational procedures.

Experience in conducting security site inspections, risk assessments, audits and investigations.
-
Experience managing security personnel, including attendance, performance, discipline, training and development.
-
Knowledge of security operational standards, client requirements and service level agreements.
Experience & Knowledge – Pest Control & Cleaning
-
Management experience within the Pest Control, Cleaning, Hygiene, Facilities Management or related service environment.
-
Proven experience managing client accounts and service contracts within Pest Control, Cleaning or related operations.
-
Knowledge of Pest Control, chemical handling, hygiene and relevant regulatory requirements will be advantageous.

Experience overseeing service delivery, staff deployment, schedules, equipment, chemicals and operational resources.
-
Experience conducting operational inspections, quality assessments, audits and risk assessments.
-
Knowledge of cleaning and/or pest control operational procedures and service standards will be advantageous.

What You Will Be Doing
-
Manage allocated Security, Pest Control and Cleaning key accounts in line with contractual requirements and service level agreements.
-
Maintain strong client relationships and address operational concerns, complaints and service-related queries.
-
Oversee daily operations, including staff deployment, technicians, schedules, equipment and other operational resources.

Monitor service delivery against agreed KPIs, service level agreements and company standards.
-
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, risk assessments and quality assessments.
-
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, industry regulations, health and safety requirements and company policies.
-
Ensure Security personnel perform their duties in accordance with site requirements, post orders and job descriptions.
-
Oversee security investigations and ensure identified risks are appropriately addressed.

Ensure Pest Control services, chemical usage, records and documentation comply with applicable requirements.

Ensure Cleaning and Hygiene services are delivered in accordance with client requirements and company standards.

Manage staff attendance, productivity, training, discipline and performance.
-
Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to operational teams.
-
Monitor operational costs relating to vehicles, equipment, chemicals, cleaning materials and other resources.

Ensure accurate operational records, reports and client invoicing information are maintained.

Support quotations, contract renewals, upselling and business development opportunities.

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Investigate service delivery issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Ensure all operational documentation and reports are completed accurately and submitted within required deadlines.
