About the role
This role manages events and meetings across all Christ Covenant campuses, leads the hospitality volunteer serve team processes, manages the Event and Hospitality Coordinator, and collaborates with Campus Ministry Coordinators. It also provides direct support to the Director of Events and Hospitality.
What you'll do
Manages and Executes Events and Meetings at All Campuses

Manages church-wide events, including First Sundays, Member Meetings, Special Events, and additional events as directed by the Director of Events for all campuses

Coordinates Deacon and Elder Retreats, oversees Deacon and Elder Meetings

Leads alongside Campus Ministry Coordinators for execution of events

Assist and/or coordinate with larger ministry events as capacity allows and at the discretion of the Director of Events, such as Reach the World, Kids Camp, and Bless the City
Oversee Event and Hospitality Volunteer Serve Teams for All Campuses

Oversee the Lounge and Connect Sunday mornings teams - collaborating with campus Ministry Coordinators and STC Campus Coordinators for execution

Leads the Special Events Serve Team - serving as a liaison with Special Events Deacons and Christ Covenant Facilities Teams
Oversees Daily Hospitality Process for All Christ Covenant Campuses

Oversees Ministry Coordinators for execution of tasks including but not limited to: inventory management, organization and tidiness of spaces, event decor process, lost and found items

Ensures daily coworking is streamlined and managed across campuses

Manages procurement of supplies - ensures consistency among Coordinators
Supports the Director of Events and Hospitality

Support special projects and complete additional tasks as assigned

Assists Director of Communications and Director of Events for overall building aesthetics

Manage Christmas and Easter decor and processes alongside the Creative Team and at the direction of the Director of Events and Hospitality; overseeing Ministry Coordinators for execution
General

Perform other duties as assigned.

Manage relationships with staff, elders, committees, and volunteers.

Ensure that all work efforts align with Christ Covenant's stated staff values.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s (B.A.)
-
3-4 years of events or hospitality experience
-
Demonstrates spiritual maturity and character consistent with the values of Christ Covenant.
