About the Role
We're looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Follow software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and clean coding standards.

Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Work with AWS cloud services to build and support scalable applications.

Design and work with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural and design decisions.
Requirements
-
4+ years of professional software development experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from a reputed institution.

Strong proficiency in Java, with at least 2 years of hands-on development experience.

Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.

Good understanding of fundamental software design principles, including MVC.

Hands-on experience working with AWS and scalable cloud environments.

Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL and MongoDB.

Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Complexity Analysis.

Experience designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems.

Python experience will be an added advantage.
