About the Role
Rainstream Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive with experience in IT sales and freelancing/bidding platforms. Candidates with strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, AI tools, and software development services will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms
- Prepare and submit professional proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with international clients through English calls, emails, and chat
- Identify new business opportunities for IT, AI, and software development services
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
- Use AI tools and modern technology for lead generation, research, proposals, and business development
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in BDE / IT Sales / Upwork or Freelancer Bidding
- Strong knowledge of freelancing and bidding platforms
- Excellent English communication and client-handling skills
- IT/Software industry background preferred
- Good understanding of AI tools and technology
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies
- Ahmedabad-based candidates will be preferred
