Position Overview
Hen-U Technologies is looking for an organized and dependable Order Fulfillment Coordinator to help keep customer orders moving smoothly from initial processing through shipment. This position combines order coordination, recordkeeping, and communication with hands-on fulfillment support.
No previous experience in order fulfillment is required. Training will be provided to help you learn our systems, procedures, and daily workflow.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming orders and confirm that required information is complete
- Coordinate the processing of customer orders from start to shipment
- Enter and update order details in company systems
- Communicate with warehouse and operations staff regarding order status
- Help prioritize orders according to scheduled shipment dates
- Verify product information, quantities, and shipping details
- Prepare packing lists, labels, and other order documentation
- Monitor orders for delays, missing information, or discrepancies
- Keep customers and internal team members informed of relevant order updates
- Assist with organizing completed orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate order and fulfillment records
- Help track incoming materials and items needed for open orders
- Identify routine issues and bring them to the appropriate team member
- Keep order files and fulfillment information organized
- Assist with other administrative and fulfillment tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training is provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Comfortable handling multiple routine tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
