About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic System Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software installations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in system administration and IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning of IT infrastructure.
- Assist in user account management, password resets, and access provisioning.
- Support Windows-based environments and basic network administration tasks.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Assist in backup, recovery, and system maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user management is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, Diploma in IT, or related field.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
