In this role, you will be at the forefront of technical education, delivering practical, cutting-edge training to ITI students and community learners in Robotics ,Drone Technology, Internet of Things (IoT), and 3D Printing.
Your work will directly bridge the gap between traditional vocational training and the high-demand, future-ready skills required by today’s industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Engaging Training: Conduct high-quality, hands-on training sessions that simplify complex concepts in Robotics , Electric Vehicle ,Drone Technology, IoT, and 3D Printing for diverse learner groups.
- Curriculum & Content: Develop and refine training modules, practical guides, and assessment frameworks that ensure measurable skill acquisition.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for all training equipment, ensuring a seamless learning environment.
- Capacity Building: Support Training-of-Trainer (ToT) sessions to empower ITI instructors, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate training logs, track learner progress, document feedback, and prepare reports to showcase project impact.
Who We Are Looking For
- Technical Background: Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, or a related technical field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching or training experience.
- Skill Set: Practical, hands-on familiarity with at least one of the following:
- Drone assembly and flight operations.
- IoT and Robotics platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
- 3D Printing/Design software and hardware.
- Communication: Proficiency in delivering sessions effectively in both Hindi and English.
- Local Connection: Candidates based in or familiar with the Lucknow region are highly preferred.
