Support the execution of Napapijri's wholesale marketing strategy across Strategic Key Accounts and EMEA Local Key Accounts, contributing to the successful delivery of seasonal marketing initiatives and sales enablement tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring marketing activations to life while gaining hands-on experience in wholesale marketing, strategic account management and go-to-market execution.

Wholesale Marketing Support

Support the planning and execution of wholesale marketing initiatives across Strategic Key Accounts and Local Key Accounts in EMEA.

Support the execution of account marketing activations, events and trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with key wholesale partners.
-
Support the distribution and organization of marketing assets for wholesale partners.
-
Provide operational support for selected Strategic Key Accounts and assist with the coordination of partner requests and marketing approvals.

Support the monitoring of campaign execution and partner compliance.
Sales Enablement
-
Support the coordination of marketing assets, presentations and sell-in tools to support seasonal go-to-market activities and commercial priorities.

Support the creation of marketing content required by the Sales team for customer meetings and sell-in activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Operations, while supporting additional projects and initiatives across the Marketplace Marketing function.
Reporting & Analysis

Monitor and maintain marketing trackers, campaign reports to ensure operational excellence.
-
Assist in the development and update of seasonal account recaps and campaign overviews for internal stakeholders.

Support data collection and reporting related to sell-in and sell-out performance of marketing initiatives.
Skills for success

Passion for marketing, fashion and consumer brands, with a strong interest in wholesale marketing, retailer partnerships and go-to-market execution.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.

Eagerness to learn and develop an understanding of retail and wholesale marketing environments.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track activities and support campaign reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
