Heropin America Inc. operates a manufacturing facility producing window shade coverings. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our manufacturing team.
Job Summary
We are hiring a combined Assembly Operator / Warehouse Associate to support both our manufacturing and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working across different stations in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety guidelines throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to product specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Unload, organize, and store materials in designated locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting stock checks and updating records
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
- Report any issues, malfunctions, or quality concerns
- Meet assembly targets and shipping deadlines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in assembly or warehouse/logistics preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Basic computer skills for project and inventory tracking
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
