Qualifications:
✅ Registered Nurse (RN)
✅ Active CIC or CCS certification
✅ Relevant supervisory or team leadership experience in medical coding
✅ Willing to work onsite in our Cebu office
Alternative Qualifications: We also welcome candidates with strong people leadership experience from the BPO/CPO industry (US Healthcare), even without a current CIC certification, provided they are willing to take and successfully pass the CIC examination. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
