About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Broadband Sales Executive to join our field sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and earning performance-based incentives with no upper limit.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new broadband connections through field sales and door-to-door visits
- Explain Airtel XFE broadband plans and benefits to potential customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive incentive earnings
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business
- Coordinate with the installation/technical team for smooth onboarding of new customers
Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass or above
- Valid Driving Licence (mandatory)
- Prior experience in field sales/telecom/broadband sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Own two-wheeler preferred for field movement
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Local area knowledge preferred
Work Timing: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
