This Opportunity
Komline is a rapidly growing manufacturer of engineered equipment serving water, wastewater, and industrial markets. We are seeking an AI-focused Associate to help evaluate and implement automation across the business, beginning with our RFQ (Request for Quotation) and quoting process. This is a build-and-ship role with real operational impact.
What You’ll Do

Map and analyze our current RFQ-to-quote workflow

Identify repetitive and automatable tasks

Design and prototype AI tools to:

Parse RFQ documents

Extract specifications
-
Suggest BOM components
-
Auto-populate cost models
-
Assist in proposal drafting

Evaluate build vs. buy AI solutions

Develop ROI analysis and implementation roadmap
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, or Data Science

Experience with LLMs, APIs, and document parsing

Interest in applying AI to real-world industrial problems
