Manager, Genolier Training Center & Strategic Partnerships
The Manager, Genolier Training Center & Strategic Partnerships is responsible for the operational leadership, management, and growth of Accuray's activities within the Genolier Innovation Hub. This role oversees all aspects of the Genolier Training Center and Innovation Hub operations, ensuring the facility serves as a world-class destination for clinical education, customer engagement, innovation, collaboration, and business development.
The position leads training center operations, manages external partnerships, and supports the execution of Accuray's global clinical education objectives and business priorities. As the primary operational representative for Accuray at the Genolier Innovation Hub, the Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with the Genolier Clinic, Genolier Innovation Hub Foundation, Swiss Medical Network, suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners to maximize the value, visibility, and impact of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation Hub Operations

Lead the day-to-day management and operations of the Accuray Genolier Training Center.

Partner with the Global Clinical leadership to implement annual operational, utilization, and business plans for the facility.

Manage facility operations, vendor relationships, resource planning, and budget activities.

Ensure a high-quality experience for customers, healthcare professionals, distributors, and visitors.
Training Operations

Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs conducted at the Genolier Training Center, including customer, distributor, employee, and partner education activities.

Coordinate with Global Clinical Training and Clinical Support to ensure successful delivery of training events and initiatives.

Ensure training facilities, equipment, and technologies are maintained and operational.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) training activities and strategic business initiatives.

Monitor utilization, participant feedback, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

Serve as Accuray's primary liaison with the Genolier Clinic, Genolier Innovation Hub Foundation, Swiss Medical Network, suppliers, and industry partners.

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships that enhance the value and visibility of the Genolier Training Center.

Identify opportunities to increase facility utilization, expand partnerships, and improve return on investment.

Support the development and execution of workshops, customer events, symposiums, webinars, and collaborative initiatives.

Represent Accuray in partner meetings, governance forums, and operational planning discussions.
Stakeholder Management

Ensure alignment of Genolier Training Center activities with organizational priorities and customer needs.

Provide regular updates, recommendations, and operational insights to Global Clinical Training leadership.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Fluent in English; additional European language preferred.

Experience managing operations, projects, events, or training programs in a complex environment.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience managing budgets, vendors, and operational performance metrics preferred.
