You'll work from technical documentation to build reliable, production-ready systems while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is comfortable working with sensitive electronic equipment.

What You'll Do

Mechanical Assembly & Structural Integration

- Assemble aluminum rack structures and internal mechanical assemblies following technical drawings and work instructions.

- Install, position, secure, and anchor hardware components within rack systems.

- Use hand and power tools safely and accurately, including screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and fastening equipment.

- Verify the alignment, rigidity, and overall quality of mechanical assemblies before validation.

Electrical Assembly & Wiring

- Install and handle sensitive electronic devices, sensors, and peripheral components with appropriate ESD precautions.

- Route, secure, organize, and label power and data cabling according to wiring diagrams and internal standards.

- Perform electrical connections between equipment and the main electrical distribution system.

- Ensure clean cable management and compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Quality & Safety

- Follow assembly procedures, engineering documentation, and quality control processes.

- Perform visual inspections and basic functional checks throughout the assembly process.

- Report assembly issues, missing parts, or design inconsistencies to the engineering team.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

- Respect ESD, electrical, and workplace safety procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly, industrial equipment, server hardware, or similar technical environments.

- Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

- Comfortable using standard mechanical assembly tools and measuring equipment.

- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail when working with sensitive hardware.

- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage electrical systems.

- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and precision.

Nice to Have

- Experience assembling servers, datacenter infrastructure, or industrial equipment.

- Knowledge of liquid cooling or hydraulic cooling systems.

- Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures.

- Experience working in manufacturing, production, or hardware integration environments.

- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

What Makes You Successful

- Detail-oriented and quality-driven.

- Methodical and organized in your work.

- Comfortable following technical procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Reliable, safety-conscious, and accountable.

- Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative hardware team.
