Job Description
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and fixtures with precision and care.
- Install new equipment or fixtures such as lighting, appliances, shelving, or hardware to improve property functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks in various environments.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members or clients effectively.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, speak english, and pass a background check with no felony conviction.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule: Full-Time| 8-Hour Day Shift| First Shift
Pay: $22-$25 an hr (DOE)
