What you’ll do:
- Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
- Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business
What you bring:
- Solid experience in property / conveyancing law
- Great attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication — you explain complex terms simply
- Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer is PLUS!
