Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ASIC Verification Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the correctness and reliability of complex application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) through comprehensive verification processes. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement verification plans, testbenches, and test cases to validate ASIC designs against specifications
- Utilize advanced simulation tools and methodologies to identify design flaws early in the development cycle
- Perform building code analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of verification procedures, results, and bug reports
- Collaborate with design teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze failures, and optimize verification strategies
- Apply 3D CAD modeling techniques where applicable for hardware validation and integration tasks
- Use building information modeling (BIM) tools to facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination when necessary
Experience
- Proven experience in ASIC verification or related hardware validation roles, with a strong understanding of digital design principles
- Hands-on expertise in building code analysis, building code compliance, and construction regulations as they relate to hardware design standards
- Technical proficiency in hardware description languages such as Verilog or VHDL, along with simulation environments like ModelSim or QuestaSim
- Familiarity with 3D CAD modeling tools and building information modeling (BIM) software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of design engineering processes, verification methodologies, and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
