We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to oversee and ensure regulatory compliance across both operational and management business activities, alongside the Quality Manager.
This role is responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, aviation regulations, and industry standards, promoting awareness throughout the organisation, and serving as the primary liaison between the business and applicable regulatory authorities.
The ideal candidate will drive a culture of continuous improvement through structured compliance monitoring, Non Conformance management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure full regulatory compliance across operational, training, and business functions in alignment with relevant aviation standards (e.g., CAA, ICAO).

Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards, and disseminate updates effectively throughout the organization.

Promote awareness and understanding of compliance obligations via structured communication, training, and support initiatives.

Act as the key liaison with regulatory authorities and accreditation bodies, managing formal correspondence, audits, and inspections.

Plan and execute internal audits and compliance assessments; monitor organisational performance and follow up on corrective actions.

Identify, document, and manage non-conformances, driving timely resolution and root-cause analysis.

Support and lead compliance-related change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Maintain and improve the internal compliance management system, ensuring alignment with quality and safety objectives.

Prepare compliance reports for senior management and recommend improvements based on audit outcomes and regulatory changes.

Cover other corporate related compliance matters, in line with ISO requirements & the company legal register.

Administer and manage all proposed changes to the regulatory body (CAA & ICAO)

Experience
- 3-5 years Industry specific compliance related role (essential) – A candidate with proven experience in working to CAA regulatory standards, specifically UK (EU) 2015/340 and CAP 2331, although familiarity with other relevant industry regulations would also be highly desirable

Proven experience working in Air traffic control sector (desirable)
