WHAT THIS IS ABOUT
We are an investment house in Berlin. We invest our own capital in companies and projects, currently ranging from software and education to energy and infrastructure, and we work closely with the founders and management teams behind them. Research, analysis and well prepared decisions are the core of our daily work.
For the past year we have been running our own AI operating system: agents that research every day, write briefings and prepare analyses. It works, and it grows faster than we can maintain it on the side. That is why we are looking for someone to run it, improve it and build it out. You will work with Python, Claude and the Anthropic API, agent setups, scripts and automation in the Microsoft 365 environment. This is not about assisting a finished machine. It is about building it with us.
YOUR TASKS
· Operations. Keep the prompt library, agent setups and filing structure clean and up to date.
· Your own tools. Build small programs and scripts yourself.
· Expansion. Automate manual work, from the idea to the finished result.
· Quality. Check results against the sources and record what you learn.
· Research. Support analyses of holdings, companies and our network.
· Watching the field. Assess new models and tools with a critical eye.
YOUR PROFILE
· Trustworthiness in handling confidential documents.
· Enrolled in a degree program, ideally software engineering, computer science, business informatics or a related field.
· You can code, ideally in Python.
· An understanding of business and numbers.
· You use AI tools every day.
· Care with sources, clear writing.
