When the game changes this fast, you need an expert to help teams adapt and perform at their best. We’re looking for an Organization Development Lead to drive organization development across our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) geography. This role will support organization design, operating model activation, and transformation efforts that enable our strategy in a dynamic and diverse marketplace.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As an Organization Development Lead in EMEA your core responsibilities include:
- Leading discrete initiatives or workstreams as part of local and global organization design, operating model, and transformation efforts to drive the highest impact and value in support of Nike’s strategic priorities
- Partnering closely with business leaders and HR teammates to conduct organizational assessments, identify opportunities, and develop recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, team performance, and ways of working.
- Providing thought partnership on implementation and change enablement activities required to activate organizational and operating model changes successfully
- Building capability in HR teammates and business leaders through coaching and formal learning experiences, equipping them with practical skills and tools to assess, lead, and sustain change
- Consulting on broader HR and business initiatives through the lens of organization effectiveness, team effectiveness, and employee experience.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work with a broad set of stakeholders across a global matrix and diverse EMEA marketplace. Reporting to the Director, Organization Development EMEA, you will be part of the broader global Organization Development team and EMEA HR team. You will have opportunities to work on and lead projects across different parts of the EMEA Nike organization. To do your best work, you will collaborate with Organization Development teammates, senior business leaders, and partners across HR, Finance, Strategy, and Operations.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience designing and implementing cross-functional organization design, operating model, and transformation initiatives, leading key workstreams or deliverables
- Proven experience delivering some or all of the following core capabilities: organization design, organization effectiveness, team effectiveness, capability assessment, and strategic alignment
- Strong consulting skills including project scoping and management, proposal development, research and benchmarking, problem solving, and critical thinking
- Skilled at creating clear, well-structured deliverables and presentation materials that simplify complex information, highlight key messages, and support decision making
- Effective at designing and facilitating workshops that create engagement, alignment, and clear outcomes
- Familiarity with leading practices in organization effectiveness and a passion for translating external insights and research into practical business solutions
- Familiarity with change management practices and the ability to advise and partner with leaders on the successful activation and implementation of organizational change
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, create clarity, and adapt plans to changing business needs. A high degree of adaptability, resilience, and flexibility to work across multiple projects and priorities is essential
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with a broad range of audiences, including senior leaders
- NIKE’s business is conducted in English. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required for this role.
