Overview
As a Polygraph Examiner, you will play a vital role in conducting truth verification examinations to assist our clients in uncovering facts and resolving complex cases. Your expertise will help ensure accurate assessments while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Duties
- Administer polygraph examinations to clients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and ethical standards
- Prepare detailed reports based on examination results, highlighting key findings and insights
- Communicate effectively with clients in proficient English.
- Analyze physiological data collected during polygraph tests to determine truthfulness or deception
- Maintain accurate records of all examinations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members or trainees as needed
- Stay updated on the latest polygraph techniques, legal regulations, and industry best practices
Skills
- Fluency in English
- Must be Fully licensed Polygraph Examiner with CAPP or similar accreditation
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret physiological data accurately
- Excellent communication skills for clear client interaction and report writing
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide team efforts and uphold standards
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards for sensitive investigations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Knowledge of legal procedures related to polygraph testing is a plus
