Backed by its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Querétaro, the operation delivers high-precision component production, technical support, and customized retrofits tailored to diverse client missions.

As an Facilities & Industrial Services Manager , you will be responsible for guaranteeing operational continuity and service excellence for Airbus Mexico facilities by comprehensively leading infrastructure maintenance, industrial services management, and regulatory compliance. The primary focus is to optimize employee experience and cost efficiency through strategic vendor management, infrastructure project execution, and responsible financial management, ensuring asset integrity and human capital well-being.
Key responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Maintenance: Oversee preventive/corrective plans for non-production facilities, track KPIs, ensure audit compliance, and manage specialized vendors (pest control, drainage, landscaping).

Warehouse & Inventory: Control stock reception, coding, storage, and system entry while optimizing logistics and ensuring material quality.

Industrial & Support Services: Manage cafeteria, personnel transport, hygiene, basic utilities, office coffee/water services, and lease agreements.

Fleet Management: Administer the Airbus vehicle fleet in Mexico, handling maintenance, policy compliance, contracts, and assignments.

Government & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as primary contact for municipal, state, federal, and airport authorities (e.g., AFAC), as well as industrial park administrations and associations (AMTC, AMHSA, AHMQ, PSS).

Financial Control & Sustainability: Monitor weekly/monthly budgets, drive cost-reduction projects, and select high-value suppliers.

Safety & Environmental Standards: Ensure Environmental Management System (EMS) compliance, identify hazards, report structural/machine risks, and participate in emergency protocols.

Project Management & Expansion: Direct infrastructure development from technical blueprinting to delivery, keeping expansion projects on time and within budget.

Key Authorities: Prepare bid comparisons, schedule deliveries, manage procurement requests, validate service strategy, and authorize budget allocation.
Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Como Gerente de Instalaciones y Servicios Industriales, serás responsable de garantizar la continuidad operativa y la excelencia en el servicio para las instalaciones de Airbus México, liderando de manera integral el mantenimiento de la infraestructura, la gestión de servicios industriales y el cumplimiento normativo. El enfoque principal es optimizar la experiencia de los empleados y la eficiencia de costos a través de la gestión estratégica de proveedores, la ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura y una gestión financiera responsable, asegurando la integridad de los activos y el bienestar del capital humano.
Responsabilidades clave:

Infraestructura y Mantenimiento: Supervisar planes preventivos y correctivos para instalaciones no productivas, dar seguimiento a KPIs, asegurar el cumplimiento de auditorías y gestionar proveedores especializados (control de plagas, drenaje, jardinería).

Almacén e Inventario: Controlar la recepción, codificación, almacenamiento y entrada al sistema de stock, optimizando la logística y asegurando la calidad de los materiales.

Servicios Industriales y de Apoyo: Gestionar comedor, transporte de personal, higiene, servicios básicos (agua, luz, gas), servicio de café/agua de oficina y contratos de arrendamiento.

Gestión de Flota: Administrar la flota vehicular de Airbus en México, gestionando mantenimiento, cumplimiento de políticas, contratos y asignaciones.

Enlace Gubernamental e Institucional: Actuar como contacto principal ante autoridades municipales, estatales, federales y aeroportuarias (ej. AFAC), así como administraciones de parques industriales y asociaciones (AMTC, AMHSA, AHMQ, PSS).

Control Financiero y Sostenibilidad: Monitorear presupuestos semanales/mensuales, impulsar proyectos de reducción de costos y seleccionar proveedores de alto valor.

Estándares de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente: Asegurar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA/EMS), identificar peligros, reportar riesgos estructurales/maquinaria y participar en protocolos de emergencia.

Gestión de Proyectos y Expansión: Dirigir el desarrollo de infraestructura desde los planos técnicos hasta la entrega, manteniendo los proyectos de expansión en tiempo y presupuesto.

Autoridades Clave: Elaborar comparativas de ofertas, programar entregas, gestionar solicitudes de compras, validar la estrategia de servicios y autorizar la asignación presupuestaria.
Requisitos:

Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil o campo afín

3+ años de experiencia en un puesto similar

Dominio de software de diseño e ingeniería
