As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a trusted point of contact for customers, supporting them through a variety of technical, operational, and service-related requests. You'll work closely with multiple teams across the business to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and customers receive a consistently high level of service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing frontline customer support via phone and email
• Managing customer inquiries from initial contact through to resolution, keeping customers informed through our ticketing system
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve customer and product-related issues
• Monitoring service usage and identifying potential issues before they impact customers
• Producing and distributing service performance metrics for customers and internal stakeholders
• Analyzing and processing large volumes of customer and operational data
• Ensuring customer and product data is processed accurately and maintained to a high standard
• Supporting the continuous improvement of customer support processes, tools, and ways of working
• Assisting with data subject access requests (DSARs), data correction requests, and other GDPR-related inquiries in line with internal procedures.
• Maintaining clear and current operational documentation
• Meeting service and performance targets related to response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction
We're interested in people who combine strong customer service skills with attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
• A university degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, technology, or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
• A strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
• The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take initiative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
The following would be an advantage:
• Experience working with SQL
• Experience working with data-intensive systems, technology products, or business applications
