- Worked on Update and development ofServiceNow applications, modules business rules, email notifications, ScheduledJobs, Script Includes, Events, forms, SLAs, Access Controls, Workflow, HomepageAdministration, User Administration, Update sets, Notifications, etc
- Excellent knowledge of workflows, Automationof approvals, change process
- Experience with enterprise-scaleintegrations
- Code or script test automation as well ascarry out automated testing procedures in testing and production environments
- Developing technical specifications&project/test planning as well as participating in project meetings anddiscussions
- Following the Agile framework
Skills.
Degree or diploma in Information Technology field or equivalent
Understand automation concepts and their application in day-to-day service delivery
