EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services. We are committed to having a positive impact on our customers, our employees, and our communities. We embrace a dynamic and inclusive culture. Here you will collaborate with multi-national teams, contribute to a myriad of innovative projects that deliver the most creative and cutting-edge solutions, and have an opportunity to continuously learn and grow. No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.
Are you energized by turning ambiguous business challenges into intelligent, data-driven products that reshape how enterprises operate? Do you see the difference between shipping a dashboard and shipping an AI product — and get excited about the latter? If you're strategic, resilient, naturally engaging, and thrive at the intersection of business value, data, and emerging AI, this could be your next chapter at EPAM.
EPAM's Data & AI Practice is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager, AI & Data Consulting to help our customers craft Analytics and AI strategies, design best-in-class Data & AI platforms, and lead the AI-driven transformation of their enterprises. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders translating cutting-edge capabilities (GenAI, agentic systems, ML, advanced analytics) into products that move the needle. We're passionate about delivering measurable value from data and AI, and we're looking for people who share that mindset.
What makes this role different: you won't just advise — you'll own outcomes, shape product strategy at the senior stakeholder level, build and lead high-caliber teams, and have direct influence on how some of the world's largest companies adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
