Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns and drive quality leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research and A/B testing of ads and creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve overall ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
