We are seeking a motivated and skilled RV Repair and Technician to join our dynamic service team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV electrical systems, engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and plumbing to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and replace electrical components, wiring harnesses, batteries, alternators, starters, and other electrical parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct mechanical repairs including engine repairs (diesel engines included), shocks & struts, oil changes, tire service, alignment, and suspension work.
- Maintain and repair RV plumbing systems such as water lines, tanks, pumps, and fixtures to ensure proper operation.
- Troubleshoot basic vehicle problems through automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting techniques; perform necessary repairs efficiently.
- Assist with assembly or disassembly of RV components during repairs or upgrades; utilize carpentry skills when needed for interior or structural modifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, HVAC servicing, equipment repair, and heavy lifting to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
- Document all repairs thoroughly; communicate effectively with team members and customers about repair status and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive or RV repair.
- Extensive electrical experience including RV electrical system diagnostics and automotive electrical systems troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems such as transmissions, shocks & struts, HVAC units, brakes, suspension components, and diesel engines.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and basic power equipment necessary for vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with plumbing system maintenance and repair specific to RVs; ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills; capable of performing basic vehicle troubleshooting independently.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly about technical issues in an understandable manner.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; comfortable working on elevated surfaces or in confined spaces when required.
- Valid certifications related to automotive or RV repair are preferred; ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
