- Monitor and improve compliance with SAP, shipment execution, and trade/customs processes; provide training and SOP updates to plant teams.
- Lead/Support digitalization and process improvement projects.
- Support the rollout of Molex Procurement and transportation partner management initiatives, including cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Engage with assigned plants and key stakeholders to meet business requirement for transportation.
- Identify and implement cost optimization and process improvement initiatives, reporting savings and efficiency gains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and local forwarders and 3PLs; conduct monthly performance reviews.
