Sales Relations Associate
Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is looking for a Sales Relations Associate to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. ATS is a leading provider of massively parallel electronic test systems that includes System Level Test (SLT), burn in and semiconductor/module tests. ATS has an exciting line of high-performance test systems that support the semiconductor industry around the world.
The Sales Relations Associate provides administrative and operational support to sales teams and ATS Business Development Managers. This role assists with day-to-day sales activities, helping facilitate the quote-to-cash process and supporting effective communication with customers. This position performs a variety of entry-level administrative, coordination, reporting, and customer support tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of the business unit and the success of the sales organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for sales activities, including preparing quotes, agreements, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate team members when needed.
- Prepare and distribute routine sales reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Communicate with sales representatives regarding order status, customer requests, and forecast information.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with customers, sales account teams, vendor partners, and internal departments.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day activities to help achieve team objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, agreements, sales reports, equipment configurations, and service plan documentation.
- Maintain organized and auditable sales records, files, and documentation in compliance with quality standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Requirements, Education & Skills:
- College degree preferred.
- This is an on-site role based in our Irvine/Lake Forest office.
- 1+ years of B2B sales support or customer service experience preferred.
- Must possess computer proficiency and keyboarding skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills. Navigating Oracle tools, Adobe Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
