We are a well-established, private, patient-centered dental practice seeking a warm, reliable, and professional Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. If you love helping people, have great organizational skills, and happy to learn new things and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage patient flow
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with billing questions
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dental office preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in dental software (Dentrix) – a plus
