We’re Open Sesame, a family-owned Lebanese restaurant proudly serving Long Beach for 27 years and Los Angeles for 15. Our team feels like family, many of us have worked together for decades, and we care deeply about hospitality, consistency, and strong leadership.
We’re looking for a hands-on Manager who genuinely enjoys working with people and leading from the floor. This role is fully customer-facing and includes running shifts independently as a key holder while supporting both front and back of house operations.

What You’ll Do
- Run shifts independently as a key holder
- Lead by example during busy service
- Support and guide front and back of house teams
- Maintain quality standards, cleanliness, and organization
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the guest experience and basic administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant operations
- A team player who leads with kindness and accountability
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working with POS systems and basic math
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- If you speak Spanish, that's a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time salary option: $70,000+ DOE
